Delivery Timeframes
Metro cities (Same-day): Order by 12 PM for delivery by 10 PM. Standard zones: 2–3 days. Remote areas: 5–7 days.
Cold-Chain Products
Temperature-sensitive medicines (insulin, vaccines) are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs and delivered by specialised cold-chain partners.
Prescription Delivery
Once a prescription is verified by our pharmacist (usually within 1 hour), the order enters our dispatch queue and follows the same delivery timelines.
